Full Time Accounting Administrative Assistant in Los Angeles

Video Tech Services (VTS), Inc., is a fast-paced audio/video contractor provider in Los Angeles is looking for an experienced full-time or part-time administrative/accounting assistant who enjoys a challenging environment. Our company specializes in providing audio/video technicians to the commercial AV industries. We are looking for a qualified candidate to support the operations of the Accounting Department, heavily involved in data entry.

Responsibilities include:
• Invoice data entry
• Prepare events for billing
• General filing and paper flow management
• Heavy phones Qualifications:
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Office preferred
• AA or BA degree with Business/Communication/Accounting emphasis preferred

Location: Los Angeles, CA
Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Type: Full-time Job Schedule: 9AM – 6PM Monday – Friday
