• Process and maintain invoices and payments on a current basis
• Reconcile vendor accounts
• Check for proper approvals and coding
• Process invoices into QuickBooks
• Research vendor inquiries and discrepancies
• Responsible for written and oral communication with vendors and internal departments QUALIFICATIONS:
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Good computer and data entry skills
• Minimum of one year office experience
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Office preferred
• AA or BA degree with Business emphasis preferred
