Our company specializes in providing audio/video technicians to the commercial AV industries. We are looking for a qualified candidate to support the operations of the Accounting Department, heavily involved in data entry.
• Invoice data entry
• Prepare events for billing
• General filing and paper flow management
• Heavy phones Qualifications:
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Office preferred
• AA or BA degree with Business/Communication/Accounting emphasis preferred
Rate: Compensation: commensurate with experience
Type: Full Time Job Schedule: 9AM – 6PM Monday – Friday
